GARDEN CENTERS & NURSERIES
Give customers a useful garden guide before a visit, while they shop, and when a plant needs attention at home.
Help customers narrow down an unfamiliar plant and understand its growing needs. Descriptions—and photos with image sharing enabled—give the assistant a starting point for a likely identification.
Turn “Why are the leaves yellow?” or “What is this white coating?” into likely causes, practical care steps, and a clearer question for your staff. Connect advice to suitable supplies when useful.
Help shoppers find hydrangeas, potting mix, or checkout using your approved department locations. A simple link opens the store map on their phone.
Plant identification and problem guidance offer a useful starting point. A locator uses your supplied layout; current stock needs its own source.
Your team benefits too: seasonal hires can learn plant names, find departments, reference care guidance, and flag plant concerns through an agreed staff workflow.
STAFF QUESTIONS. TRAINING. DAILY OPERATIONS.
Your procedures become practical guidance employees can ask for. Their questions and reports can become an organized briefing of what needs a manager’s attention.

A staff phone, shared tablet, or break-room QR code can open the employee assistant. Protected staff access and a separate internal knowledge base keep staff information apart from public customer answers.
ONE ASSISTANT, SEVERAL WAYS IN
The same business assistant can open wherever you share its link. A salesperson can use it without a personal website. Employees can reach a separate, protected staff assistant from their phone or a shared device.

Send someone directly to the assistant, even without a personal website.
Connect cards, product sheets, signs and event materials to the same assistant.
Put the assistant in your signature, campaigns and business profiles.
Link a relevant listing or referral to the business assistant.
Give prospects a useful place to explore between calls or meetings.
Links open the assistant in a browser. Native email, messaging and other channel integrations are separate capabilities confirmed in your scope.
KNOWLEDGE, INSIGHT AND HUMAN JUDGMENT
Customer guidance and internal procedures, organized for the right audience. Quantum Leaps maintains approved information behind each assistant’s answers.
Customer questions reveal buying concerns. Staff questions can reveal training gaps and recurring issues. We use those patterns to recommend useful improvements.
With a research engagement, market and account findings help your team decide where to focus and how to prepare.
If new employees repeatedly ask how to handle a return, we can flag the training gap and improve the guidance using your approved policy. Customer questions can reveal missing product explanations. External research adds market context when your engagement includes it.

BOTH SIDES OF YOUR BUSINESS
Customer guidance and internal staff support, planned together and managed in one engagement.
Shared preparation is reflected in your proposal
Choose the support you need. Staff support is optional, can be purchased on its own, and is not an added charge on a customer-only package.
The $295 monthly and $995 setup package covers the Customer Assistant scope. Staff & Operations is optional and quoted separately, or alongside customer support in one combined proposal. Staff pricing reflects approved knowledge, access, employee workflows, reporting frequency and ongoing support. Combined pricing accounts for shared discovery and content preparation; it is not automatically two full packages. Standard platform usage is scoped before work begins. Higher volume, additional locations, native messaging, custom integrations and external market or account research are quoted separately. Your written scope confirms allowances and any third-party charges.
QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BEGIN
The assistant uses artificial intelligence (AI) to respond conversationally using your approved business information. Quantum Leaps configures the knowledge, instructions and agreed workflows, then reviews and maintains the experience. Actions such as booking or scheduled delivery require their own supported connections.
Staff support is optional and quoted by scope. The customer package remains $295 per month plus $995 setup. Choose staff support alone or a combined proposal that accounts for shared preparation and the workflows selected.
Yes. A staff engagement can focus on new-hire guidance, product knowledge, approved procedures, and everyday work questions. It can stand alone or complement a customer assistant, with its own agreed scope.
We agree what employees should submit, where reports are recorded, who reviews them, and how summaries or notifications are delivered. Shared reporting and scheduled briefings require a configured and tested workflow. Urgent issues follow your immediate escalation procedure.
Customer and staff experiences are configured separately, with protected employee access and separate knowledge sources. Staff access controls are tested before internal material is made available.
Yes. Plant identification, likely plant-problem guidance and a nursery locator can be configured around your garden center. Photo support enables image-based questions; your approved layout supplies department locations and the map link. The same plant and location references can support a separately scoped staff assistant.
No. A standalone assistant link can be shared through email signatures, QR codes, product literature and social profiles. An existing business website can also host the assistant.
We configure the assistant around your approved business information, audience, products, services, language and inquiry process. It is maintained for your business, with clear answer and handoff boundaries.
It should say what it does not know and offer the appropriate human contact or inquiry route. We test those boundaries and review gaps as part of management.
The customer starting scope provides one agreed inquiry destination and can link to your booking page. Live booking, CRM updates and other actions require a specifically scoped, supported and tested integration.
The Customer Assistant package includes approved knowledge management and a concise review of customer-question patterns. Staff management follows its agreed scope. External market, account and opportunity research is available through a separate or combined Sales Intelligence engagement.
No. Conversation review informs proposed improvements. Material answer changes use information approved for the assistant; private sales strategy remains separate.
